Scope of data collection
We collect personal data when you actively submit it to us, for example through our request form. Beyond that, this website only uses cookies and third-party services that you have explicitly consented to in the cookie banner.
Data collected
When you submit a request we collect: first name, last name, email address, postal address, country, arrival and departure dates, number of guests, and any optional notes you provide. No account is created and no data is shared with third parties.
Purpose
Your data is processed solely to handle and respond to your request.
Legal basis
Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, necessary for the performance of a pre-contractual measure at your request.
Cookies
Strictly necessary cookies store your consent decision (cookie "rehl_consent", 6 months), your language preference, and — in the internal administration area only — your login session. They are set on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and are not used for tracking. All other cookies are set only after your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 5(3) ePrivacy Directive, and you may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future.
Google Analytics
If you accept the "Statistics" category, we use Google Analytics 4, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. It uses cookies to produce aggregate statistics about how this website is used. We measure which pages are opened, which links are clicked, and whether the request form was started and sent — never the content you type into it. Advertising features and Google signals are switched off. IP anonymisation is enabled and Google Consent Mode is set to "denied" until you accept, so no analytics script is loaded before then. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA on the basis of the EU standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Withdrawing the consent stops any further collection and deletes the Google Analytics cookies.
Google Maps
If you accept the "Maps" category, the map on the location section is loaded from Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited). Loading it transmits your IP address, and possibly further device data, to Google. Without this consent no connection to Google is made and a placeholder is shown instead.
Google Search Console
We use Google Search Console to see how this website performs in Google search results. It works from Google's own search data, sets no cookies on this website, and does not process any data on your device.
Hosting and server logs
When you open this website, your browser transmits technical data (IP address, time of the request, browser and operating system) that our server records in log files for security and troubleshooting. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating the site securely, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Your rights
