Learn more about the services and terms of our apartment in Val Gardena, in the heart of the Dolomites.
Cancellation
If you cancel at least 4 months before the agreed arrival date, the contract can be terminated free of charge. Outside this period, the following cancellation fees apply:
- Up to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the total price
- From 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the total price
- Less than 1 week before arrival: 100% of the total price
In case of late arrival or early departure that deviates from the agreed stay, the full price will be charged.
Arrival & departure
Check-in from 4:00 pm, check-out by 9:00 am. If you plan to arrive after 8:00 pm, please let us know in advance.
House rules
- We place great value on the cleanliness of our home and ask you to treat the furnishings and furniture with care.
- The apartment is non-smoking, please smoke outdoors only.
- Please do not enter the apartment in ski boots or hiking boots, wear slippers inside.
- Please do not keep bicycles inside the building.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Open fires and fireworks are not allowed.
